Triceratops vs Stegosaurus

Today I was reading about a book about dinosaurs. In this book a Triceratop collides with a stegosaurus and they both are plant-eaters.

Did you know that Triceratops are/were 30 feet long and they weighed about 10 tons? A Stegosaurus is the same length as a Triceratop but is less larger than a Triceratop.(Stegosaurus’ was compared to the length of a school bus). A Triceratop is  very fast and is very powerful. But A Stegosaurus is slow and nimble and is termed as a clumsy runner.A Triceratop can run at possibly up to 20 miles per hour. (Fierce fact: The mean of Triceratop is, three-horned-face), and the meaning of Stegosaurus is ‘roof flizard’. A Stegosaurus’ brain was small and it was the size of a golf ball (which was 1.680 inches).

Well that’s all from me but make sure to read some interesting things that interest you.

Proverb of the day

The meaning of this proverb is that even if you fail on something or if you fail a particular goal you wanted to achieve then it doesn’t mean that it is all over. Instead failure is just a sign that you are making progress in life and in other circumstances in life of a particular event or matter.

Proverb of the day

For me the meaning of this proverb is that if you and I were beggars then if anyone gave us something then we would have to take it gratefully. A proverb similar to this is: ‘Half a loaf of bread is better than nothing.

Just another proverb

This proverb means that some of us blame other people for the bad things we did ourselves. Another proverb that is similar to this proverb is: ‘Blowing out someone else’s candle, doesn’t make your candle shine brighter.

Just another proverb

The meaning of this proverb is that, a person who learns and practises over and over again succeeds in most things they do in life. And for us kids, in school.

Just another inspiring proverb

One of the simplest ways on how to say this proverb is that you have to think before you speak. Example, if you were just about to say something rude or nasty to someone, then you should think what will be the outcome of your bad words. Instead you should just say something nice or kind.

Just another true proverb

What is the meaning of this proverb?: The meaning of this proverb to me is that even though something may look as beautiful as it is on the outside, then it doesn’t mean that inside will be beautiful or gold.

Can you think of another proverb similar to this one?: Another proverb that is almost the same as this proverb is: ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover.’

How does this relate to people?: That you shouldn’t judge anyone by their looks instead judge them by their personality.

How does it relate to things people have or want to buy?: For me it relates to how some other people look at something and then they think that it is real or it does what it says on the prescription but once they get home or they open it then it does exactly opposite of what the prescription said.

‘If you want a friend, be a friend.’ The meaning of this proverb is that if you want someone to be your friend then you have to be a friend in other words you have to be kind to someone else if you want to be their friend. Another proverb that is similar to this proverb is: Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Just another proverb

The meaning of this proverb is that it is better for you to give give someone a hand or to help someone with what their doing instead of just accusing them and blaming everything on them, even though it wasn’t their fault.

What this proverb means that even if you try to blow out someone else’s dream it doesn’t mean that it makes you cooler or it makes your dream shine brighter than anyone else’s dreams.
